本プライバシーポリシーは、開発者「chaco」（以下「当方」）が提供するWindows向けデスクトップアプリケーション「Calendini」（以下「本アプリ」）および関連Webサイト（以下「本サイト」）における、利用者情報の取り扱いについて定めたものです。

1. 個人情報・スケジュール情報およびタスク情報の収集と保存について

本アプリは、プライバシー保護とデータセキュリティを最重要視して設計されています。

• スケジュール・カレンダーおよびタスク（ToDo）データ: Google カレンダー、Google Tasks（Google ToDo）、Microsoft Outlook、Microsoft To Do と連携した場合、取得した予定・タスクデータおよび認証トークンは利用者の端末（ローカルPC）内のみに安全に保存・キャッシュされます。
• 第三者サーバーへの非送信: 取得されたスケジュール情報、タスク情報、個人情報が、当方のサーバーや第三者のサーバーへ送信・収集・蓄積されることは一切ありません。
• 通信の直接性: カレンダーやタスクの同期通信は、利用者の端末から Google API または Microsoft Graph API の公式エンドポイントに対して直接暗号化（HTTPS）通信で行われます。

2. クラウドサービス連携（Google / Microsoft OAuth）

本アプリで Google カレンダー、Google Tasks、Microsoft Outlook 予定表、Microsoft To Do と連携する際、各プラットフォームの公式認証プロトコル（OAuth 2.0）を利用します。

• 本アプリがユーザーのアカウントパスワードを直接知ることはありません。
• 付与されたアクセストークンおよびリフレッシュトークンは、Windowsの保護されたローカル領域（DPAPI暗号化）に保存されます。
• 連携はいつでもアプリの設定画面から解除でき、解除時にはローカルに保存された認証トークンおよび予定・タスクのキャッシュデータは即座に完全消去されます。

3. Google ユーザーデータの取り扱いと限定使用（Limited Use）への準拠

本アプリが Google API から受け取った情報の使用および他のアプリへの転送は、Google API サービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシー（限定使用の要件を含む）に準拠します。

3.1. アクセスする Google ユーザーデータ（What Data We Access）

本アプリは、OAuth 2.0 認可を通じて以下の Google ユーザーデータにアクセスします：

• Google カレンダーの予定データ（calendar.events, calendar.readonly）: 予定の件名、開始・終了日時、場所、説明、カレンダー一覧。
• Google Tasks（ToDo）データ（tasks）: タスクリスト一覧、タスクの件名、メモ・詳細、期日、完了ステータス。
• ユーザーのメールアドレス（userinfo.email）: 連携している Google アカウントのメールアドレス。

3.2. Google ユーザーデータの利用方法・目的（How We Use Google User Data）

本アプリは、Google ユーザーデータを以下の具体的な機能提供のみに使用します：

• Google カレンダーデータの利用方法: デスクトップカレンダーセル上への予定インジケーター（ドット）の表示、日別予定リストのデスクトップ表示、ならびにユーザー自身によるデスクトップからの予定の新規作成・編集・削除機能の提供のみに使用します。
• Google Tasks データの利用方法: デスクトップタスクウィジェット上での ToDo リスト表示、期日インジケーターの連携表示、ならびにユーザー自身によるタスクの新規作成・編集・完了チェック・削除機能の提供のみに使用します。
• メールアドレスの利用方法: 設定画面およびウィジェット UI 上で現在連携されている Google アカウントを識別・表示し、アカウントの接続・切断状態を管理するためだけに使用します。メール送信、マーケティング、広告、追跡等に利用することは一切ありません。

3.3. Google ユーザーデータの共有・開示・転送の禁止（How We Share, Disclose, or Transfer Data）

• 第三者への非提供・非共有: 取得した Google ユーザーデータをいかなる第三者、パートナー、広告事業者へも販売、共有、開示、転送することはありません。
• ローカル完結処理: すべての Google ユーザーデータは利用者の端末（ローカルPC）内のみで処理・キャッシュされ、開発者サーバーや外部サーバーに送信・蓄積されることはありません。
• 広告・AI/機械学習モデルトレーニングへの非利用: Google ユーザーデータを広告の配信（パーソナライズ広告を含む）に使用することや、AI（人工知能）や機械学習モデルの開発・改善・トレーニングに使用することは一切ありません。

4. Google ユーザーデータの保持と削除（Retention and Deletion）

本アプリにおける Google ユーザーデータ（カレンダー情報、タスク情報および認証トークン）の保持と削除に関するポリシーは以下の通りです。当方は、本プライバシーポリシーに記載された利用目的を達成するために必要な期間に限り、ユーザーデータを保持します。データが不要となった場合、または保持期間が終了した場合は、安全かつ恒久的に消去されます。

• データの保持（Retention）:
  • 保持場所: 認証トークン、カレンダー予定データ、タスクデータは、利用者のローカル端末（PC）内のみに保持され、外部サーバーには一切保持・保存されません。
  • 保持期間: 利用者が本アプリ内で Google アカウントの連携を継続している期間のみ保持されます。メモリ内のカレンダーおよびタスクのキャッシュは一時的（数分間）にのみ保持され、永続的な蓄積は行われません。
• データの削除（Deletion）:
  • アプリ内での連携解除・ログアウト: 本アプリの設定画面（「クラウド連携」）から「ログアウト」をクリックすることで、端末内に保存された認証トークン、カレンダー予定データおよびタスク（ToDo）データのキャッシュは即座に完全削除されます。
  • Google アカウントからのアクセス権取り消し: 利用者はいつでも Google アカウントのセキュリティ設定（サードパーティ製アプリとサービス） から、Calendini によるアクセス権を直接取り消すことができます。アクセス権が取り消された場合、本アプリからのデータアクセスは即座に停止します。
  • アプリのアンインストールによる削除: 本アプリをアンインストールするか、ローカル保存領域（%LOCALAPPDATA%\Calendini）を削除することで、端末内のすべてのデータ（設定、認証情報、キャッシュ）が完全に消去されます。
  • データ削除リクエスト・お問い合わせ: 本アプリは外部サーバーにユーザーデータを一切保管していないため、サーバー側での削除手続きは不要ですが、データ削除に関するご質問やサポートが必要な場合は、サポート窓口（[email protected]）または GitHub Issue までお問い合わせください。

5. アプリ内設定・テンプレートの保存

フォント、カラー、表示月数、背景画像パスなどのアプリ設定値は、すべて利用者のローカル端末（%LOCALAPPDATA%\Calendini）にのみ保存されます。

6. 広告配信（Google AdSense 等）およびCookieについて

本ウェブサイト（https://chaco-apps.com/）では、第三者配信事業者（Google AdSense 等）による広告配信サービスを利用しています。

• Google などの第三者配信事業者は、Cookie を使用して、ユーザーが本ウェブサイトや他のウェブサイトに過去にアクセスした際の情報に基づいて広告を配信します。
• Google が広告 Cookie を使用することにより、ユーザーが本サイトや他のサイトにアクセスした際の情報に基づいて、Google やそのパートナーが適切な広告を表示します。
• ユーザーは、Google 広告設定 にアクセスすることで、パーソナライズ広告を無効にできます。また、aboutads.info にアクセスすることで、第三者配信事業者がパーソナライズ広告の掲載で使用する Cookie を無効にできます。

This Privacy Policy outlines how developer "chaco" handles user information in the desktop application "Calendini" (the "App") and the related website (the "Site").

1. Schedule, Task & Personal Data Handling

Calendini is designed with a strict privacy-first philosophy.

• Calendar, Event & Task (ToDo) Data: When synced with Google Calendar, Google Tasks, Microsoft Outlook, or Microsoft To Do, all schedule/task data and authentication tokens are stored exclusively and securely on your local device.
• No External Data Collection: We do NOT collect, transmit, or store your personal calendar events, tasks, or account information on our servers or any external third-party servers.
• Direct Communication: Synchronization requests for events and tasks are sent directly and encrypted (HTTPS) between your device and Google API / Microsoft Graph API endpoints.

2. Cloud Integrations (OAuth 2.0)

Calendini utilizes official OAuth 2.0 authentication protocols when integrating with Google Calendar, Google Tasks, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft To Do.

• The App never accesses or stores your account password.
• Granted access tokens and refresh tokens are securely stored in protected local Windows application data storage (encrypted via Windows DPAPI).
• You can disconnect integrations at any time in the settings. Disconnecting immediately purges all stored tokens and cached schedule/task data.

3. Google User Data Policy & Limited Use Disclosure

Calendini's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3.1. What Google User Data We Access

Our application requests access to the following Google user data (via OAuth 2.0 scopes: calendar.events, calendar.readonly, tasks, userinfo.email):

• Google Calendar Events: Event titles, start and end dates/times, locations, descriptions, and calendar lists.
• Google Tasks (ToDo) Data: Task lists, task titles, notes/details, due dates, and completion status.
• User Email Address: The primary email address of your Google account.

3.2. How We Use Google User Data

Calendini uses your Google user data solely to provide the core widget features you request within the application. Specifically:

• How We Use Google Calendar Data: Exclusively used to display schedule indicator dots on desktop calendar cells, show daily schedule cards on your Windows desktop event widget, and enable you to create, edit, or delete calendar events directly from your desktop.
• How We Use Google Tasks Data: Exclusively used to display your To-Do items in the desktop tasks widget, link due dates with calendar indicator dots, and enable you to create, edit, complete (check off), or delete tasks directly from your desktop.
• How We Use Your Email Address: Exclusively used to identify and display the currently connected Google account within Calendini's settings screen and UI status indicators, and to manage account switching or disconnection. We never send emails, use your email for marketing or newsletters, or track your identity across other services.

3.3. How We Share, Transfer, or Disclose Google User Data

• No External Sharing, Disclosure, or Sale: We do not sell, rent, share, transfer, or disclose Google user data to any third parties, marketing partners, or external services.
• Local-Only Storage & Processing: All retrieved Google user data is stored and processed exclusively in memory and protected local storage on your device. We do not operate external backend servers to collect or store your Google user data.
• No Advertising or AI/ML Training: We never use Google user data for serving advertisements (including personalized or targeted advertising), nor do we use it to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.

4. Google User Data Retention and Deletion

Calendini maintains clear, transparent practices regarding the retention and deletion of Google user data (calendar events, tasks, and authentication tokens). We retain personal information only for the length of time needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy. When the retention period expires or data is no longer needed, it is securely and permanently deleted.

• Data Retention:
  • Storage Location: All authentication tokens, calendar schedule data, and task data are stored strictly on your local device (Windows PC). No user data is ever stored on external or developer-managed servers.
  • Retention Period: Data is retained only as long as you keep your Google account connected in Calendini. In-memory calendar and task cache is temporary (refreshed every few minutes) and is not permanently stored.
• Data Deletion:
  • In-App Disconnect / Logout: You can disconnect your Google account at any time by clicking "Logout" in Calendini Settings > Cloud Sync. This immediately and permanently deletes all stored tokens, credentials, and cached event/task data from your local device.
  • Revoking Access via Google Account: You can revoke Calendini's access permissions at any time through Google Account Security (Third-party apps & services). Once revoked, Calendini is immediately prevented from accessing any further data.
  • Application Uninstallation: Uninstalling Calendini or deleting the local data directory (%LOCALAPPDATA%\Calendini) completely purges all application settings, tokens, and cached schedules/tasks.
  • Data Deletion Requests & Inquiries: Because Calendini does not store any user data on remote servers, no server-side data deletion is necessary. If you have questions or require support regarding data deletion, please contact us at [email protected] or via our GitHub repository.

5. Local Settings Storage

App preferences (fonts, colors, background opacity, layouts, custom templates) are stored exclusively on your local device (%LOCALAPPDATA%\Calendini).

6. Advertising (Google AdSense) & Cookies

The official website (https://chaco-apps.com/) uses third-party advertising services, including Google AdSense.

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
• Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. Alternatively, users can opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting aboutads.info.
